Returns
Milkshopgang.com stand behind out product and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return authorisation # from info@milkshopgang.com within 7 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Include in your email your name, and the order number, which can be found on your confirmation email, or packing slip received with your order. Please ensure that the item you are returning is in the original condition it was received in, and has not been worn or washed. Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay postage to have it returned to you.
If you are returning an item that is faulty or was shipped incorrectly, please send by regular mail and include your receipt, milkshopgang.com will reimburse you for the postage cost. Please note express post charges will not be accepted.
